Our standard is to ship your finished product within 72 hours of receiving your order. All products are shipped via UPS, and include tracking information when they are shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you receive a broken or damaged product, simply email a photo of the product to hello@mymosaic.life within 10 days of receipt, and we will send you a new one, no questions asked.
